Is it racist?

Is it racist if you say something positive about another race?

Ex. Asian people are good at breakdancing

or Black people always have nice cars.


I think it's only racist If you add "than" like...

Black people have so much nicer cars then white people.


Even then it's pretty iffie. What are your thoughts?

That reminds me of a question I asked an African American friend of mine once. I asked why many lower income AA's buy really nice vehicles, but live in shitholes.
