I am not him asshole. I am just fat and eat tons. I went to spa world today and sat in the sauna to melt some fat off but now i want a jerrys steak and cheese sub

Why don't you start substituting healthier food for the
subs and chinese food and shit like that.
Even if you just get a big salad from the salad bar at
your grocery store.
But, this won't work unless you really want to lose weight
and change your life a little.

Try Sensa....that shit works. Sprinkle that stuff on your food and you'll eat less of it.
I lost ten pounds so far in 2 months. It's slow but that's faster than sitting in a sauna expecting fat to melt haaa.
