I had a colonoscopy a year or so ago. Had to flush my system with magnesium citrate. The colonoscopy didn't show any crap stuck in there except a cat. The rest was just polyps (non cancerous) and sausage lining and maybe a penny or dime and some gum. The magnesium citrate works just fine but didn't make any hamburgers and built up shit that looked like twisted green tires come out. Ergo, you want a colon flush? Magnesium citrate. You won't get anything less out than you would with dr. poopy heads' concoction of snake oil. Ok, maybe there wasn't any money in there or a cat and gum.

I've been constipated and bloated for over a year I don't eat right and drink a lot of cheap beer which bloats me. I've been reading up on cleansing and did a Epsom salt cleanse and what the fuck! I must have dumped ten full pots of diarrhea in the last six hours. I look in the mirror and I've practically shit away my big gut, who needs sit-ups! I don't know how much ten full pots of diarrhea weighs, maybe ten pounds but I have to admit I feel a shitload better than before! Guess I'll lay off the shitty beer from now on and get my diet right!

I was reading that drinking a cup of olive oil a week is just like Slick 50 for a car. It'll clean out the plaque and keep the shit from sticking to the walls! Maybe just drink Slick 50 ?
