Basically, the argument goes: The Marxist/socialist Left wanted to overthrow capitalism in the West through a lower/middle class revolt.
They failed - utterly.
So now they've been looking for a new force to overthrow the capitalist West.
Enter the insanely militant islamic jihadists...
So through a bizarre Red/Green alliance (Red = communism / Green = the offical color of islam), the Left has basically teamed up with the islamic jihadists to destroy the West.
Hence their hatred of Israel and their support for Israel's islamic jihad enemies.
And there is indeed tons of evidence to support that (admitted) conspiracy theory.
I personally knew tons of leftists in college who supported hamas, hezbollah, the taliban and the "Iraqi resistance".
So yeah, I think that explains leftist hatred of Jews.
