I don't think that a sitting Congressman can be impeached. Recall would be up to the residents of the Representative's district, which it is doubtful many of us are.

I have a little map of Cantor's district in my car. If I'm traveling around the state I will not buy anything from any of his constituents. I'll take a piss in their rest stops but that is it, not one dime to the people that voted him in.

popularity. Take a look at the 2010 election returns and
enjoy. Even the union members in his District think Obama
stinks. It's also an area that very strongly supports the
2nd Amendment and when they voted on a states Constitutional
Amendment to ban same sex marriage, the District voted very
heavily in favor. "Take the political correctness and shove
it" kind of place. Know what else? They have a Sheriff in
Butler County by the name of Richard K. Jones (R) who is a
real stickler on enforcing immigration law. He's a good
friend of Sheriff Joe Arpaio too. There's talk if Boehner
runs for Senate, Richard K. Jones might run for Boehners
House seat. Love it!
