You trust a commentary by Boris Johnson? He is a Tory and was sacked from an editors job after he lied about an affair with the daughter of Lord Wyatt which resulted in an abortion. I remember that well. Remember him waving the British flag and acting like an idiot in China? And his comments on the traffic in the south side are pure lunacy.
Boris Johnson also fathered another baby out of wedlock with Helen Macintyre. His personal life aside, his involvement in the phone hacking/police bribery scandal will soon be known. And his kissy kissy relationship with Rupert Murdoch won't help him.
