Yeah, this seems like a bad idea, given the economy and the poor optics. Maybe he could some place a little less snobby and exclusive.

He should vacation where I spend my vacations looking for a job. Obama is such an elitist he really isn't in touch with the people. He has spent more on one vacation than most of us used to make in a year.

He's been on vacation since the day he took office. What's new?

hey guys as everyone knows I'm no Obama fan but he did get elected president. He should be able to vacation any where he wants.

And does anyone know if he's actually sleeping on the bus in Iowa? I can't imagine there being anything on his 3 day tour more luxurious or secure than his brand new Limo Bus. If that's the case kudos to him! I wouldn't sleep in one of those damn things if I was the prez. I've never been an RV guy. If I can't fly, have car service when I get there and an actual house or hotel to sleep in, the hell with it.

How long did that 9/11 thing go on anyway?

You know..the 9/11 thing that happened on 9/11?

More than a day? A week? A month? A year? Ten years?

Martha's Vinyard is great this time of year. I used to enjoy it, if you have a chance I suggest you get out there sometime. You'll say what did I ever see in Virginia Beach. I wonder if he stop at John Beluschi's grave?
