Crazy Lawyer

Trying to get some information. Can a lawyer in public place make threats and cuss a person and threaten criminal charges when its a civil matter. The lawyer acted like a crazy person. there were also witnesses.

Claims I own his sister money. For a car. She was paid in full. I have the title. Now she wants more money after one year so she sent him over to talk to me. There was no talking to him. He was a crazy out of control man. Other people saw this happen. Can he be reported to the Bar? I thought he ws going to attack me.

Do you have a bill of sale signed by both of you stating the sale price?

Yes I have a bill of sale. I just want to report this crazy guy. I didn't think you could out of the court report a lawyer

File an inquiry (you can even do it online at the page I linked) and let the Virginia State Bar determine whether what the guy did is subject to their disciplinary jurisdiction.
