So a couple months ago I got an evading arrest charge and a tobacco charge, cause I dipped out on a cop he had my id. Anyway so today tell me why its 1:40 pm over a church in annadale, i see a cop car so I have ablunt in my pocket I toss it thinking they will search me, They search me and tell me that I smell like weed and blunts and that they are gonna call a dog on me, I said do it, they did it what the fuck. I didn't get busted with anything cause of my paranoia of police fucking me over agian.

considering you just admitted to two crimes and detailed when the time and place that can easily identify yourself when they check their records (not to mention the K-9 unit being uncommon), you should be worried. oh, and a quick search of those charges should reveal your identity to anyone.

He cannot get into trouble for typing what he did. FU as Cary has stated is not required to release the IP address of the forum's members. And someone typing what *could* be a fictional account would not be up holdable in a court of law (i think). I don't know the law very well.

How do we know that somebody it's trying to frame this person? Is there video of this person typing the post? Are we sure the IP hasn't been spoofed?
