legal technicality question: how many days are in a month?

already got my answer: there are always 30 days in a month according to the courts.

Not at all... It doesn't matter what the month on the gregorian calendar is. In court, a month always is 30 days.

the good news is that you can shave off five days of your term for every year in jail. the bad news is that you would be going to jail for at least a year.

It would make more sense if there was only 360 days in a year. Because, then every day would be equivalent to 1 degree around the sun.

yeah, except it takes about 365 rotations of the earth before it completes an orbit of the sun. so, you can either speed up earth's orbit or slow down the rotation of the earth.

yeah, except it takes about 365 rotations of the earth before it completes an orbit of the sun. so, you can either speed up earth's orbit or slow down the rotation of the earth.

maybe if everyone starts running in the oposite direction of the rotation - we can slow it down...

Thanks. I have already been deciding on a way to slow down the rotation of the earth. Just make a huge nuclear bomb, and make it explode in a direction so that the rotation of earth is slowed down.
EDIT: Technically, the earth doesn't always take 24hrs to rotate around. Time is relative anyway.

Thanks. I have already been deciding on a way to slow down the rotation of the earth. Just make a huge nuclear bomb, and make it explode in a direction so that the rotation of earth is slowed down.
