Yeah - we have one. It drives all the taxes we pay to the Federal Government and many other services we have to get from State and Local governments also.

With all the identity theft and fraud that goes on, this should have been done DECADES ago. The amount of money lost to identity theft is astounding - and largely based on SSN.

There are actually some good provisions in there regarding ID theft, etc. Too bad those will never see the light of day under this bill.
