gotta admit, fair is fair

like waaaaaaaah said, yo

sucks to be him

"him" being the deported mother-fucker

and he could have called from the airport, ya know

not really a "horror" to have to board an airplane - I was expecting some thread of some sorta ACTUAL abuse of power, or something

kinda lame-ass title, like that GMU police "abuse" thread

First what could've made this a horror story is, the country he was deported to is not full of good people. To be dropped off in the middle of the airport by two American in a country where Americans aren't liked could've put his life in danger. If we would've known he was gonna be deported, we could've had relatives waiting there to whisk him out quietly. The motherfuckking ICE refused to tell us, talking about the need for security. Ask again, what kinda fucked up shit is that huh? Well, one thing is for sure-- we definetly are not recommending anyone to come here and study. Why spend alot of money in a country that treats you like a criminal?

Very Angry Man,

It's ok if you tell everyone you know to avoid studying in the US. If you are from a country that hates Americans so strongly, I'll guess you are middle eastern. Well, we really don't want you over here anyway. And your kid was probably "exported" because he is is secretly a radical muslim terrorist.

People who sneak across our border or who knowingly overstay their the visas are common criminals.

Lock 'em down!

And his flight out was paid for with Federal tax dollars. Once he departed the plane, he should have received a bill (just for principle because he would never pay it) for the flight and any other costs associated with shipping his illegal butt back to Oingo Boingo.

We are strip searching grandmothers in the airport for God's sake for the "crime" of wanting to fly to see their grandchildren (or play mah jong in Miami-whatever). We are telling US citizens that they cannot fly back into this country because some bureaucrat put them on a "list". Why do you seriously expect the USG to show greater courtesy towards someone who is in this country illegally?

When he decided to overstay his Visa and become a criminal, he had the option of never leaving your house without a wad of cash, a change of clothes, and a book, in case his criminal behavior catches up with him.....

AND IF HE IS CAUGHT A SECOND TIME RE-ENTERING THE COUNTRY, HE SHOULD
BE DETAINED AND FORCED TO CLEAN UP TRASH ON OUR HIGHWAYS @ 1/2 THE
GOING MINIMUM WAGE PER HOUR UNTIL HE REPAYS THE OUTSTANDING BILL AND

Hmm, I've seen deportation proceedings take place at Dulles. It was a fairly civilized event from what I could see of the process. A woman was escorted by ICE to the airport and reunited with her daughter, a toddler at most, that was brought to the airport by what appeared to be family providing guardianship. The woman and her child were escorted to the departure gate and boarded a plane back to Colombia. She knew she was being deported and so did her friends and relatives in the area that said farewell.

I have to wonder in this case what country your son was deported back to. Yemen perhaps? Or perhaps Syria? Also, why did your son let his visa lapse? What was he up to here in the States if his student visa had lapsed?

As others have pointed out, we have a lot of undocumented people here, people who have been living here for YEARS, some contributing to this society and others that are scum of the earth. ICE does not view them as a high priority or security risk. Your son seems to have gotten the bum's rush. I'm guessing given his final destination you described as a place "where Americans are not liked" that he was viewed as a significant security risk.

Overstay/unlawful presence is not considered a criminal offense under federal law. It's illegal, but it's not a crime.

That's for convenience - so they can be shipped out without lawyering up and going to court. Crime or no, they are breaking the terms of the permission the USG gave them to enter the country. Break the rules - out you go.

+1000.

I asked about his criminal record because the story sounded fishy. Lots of people overstay their visas and don't get deported. Under the present administration, ICE has as much as declared that unlawful presence (and unlawful entry, which is a crime) gets a free pass unless they have a felony conviction on their rap sheet.

...called you from home? You mean we, sent him to his home. How barbaric. And we didnt even give him money when we sent him home? That was really uncalled for.

Next time he intentionally stays beyond his legal welcome we will throw him a goodbye party and invite everyone he knows. I assume since he was a student he was able to comprehend that when his ability to register for classes ended it was a signal to renew or leave. Also you didnt mention how they found out his visa expired. Im sure he did nothing to deserve attention from the authorities right.

unbelievable.

They should have put hime on a chain-gang to earn the money it costs the Taxpayer's to handle of these very correct deportations.
Our country's debt is out the ceiling and with common-sense this should still be the case with these criminals breaking such laws, at the very least!
Instead they 'jack' the citizen with higher fines for simple shit like a minor traffic ticket that most should never even have to be issued!

If this thred interests you, you should go to the thread titled:

I get the feeling he (the deported) was driving his Chevrolet to a baseball game with his best girl Becky for some hot dog's and apple pie. About a half mile from the stadium he got pulled over for some driving infraction and the officers (plural cuz, well you know, they always work in pairs) realized that this scumbag had already been warned twice to take care of his visa or leave.

Muscled out, thrown in the trunk of the squad car, which made a beeline for the airport, where Deported got a free ride home to the Motherland on the first airline outta here.

After a fine meal and a couple of beverages while aboard, he landed and was let loose to the animals he calls family. Only problem , Deported now appears to be hanging out with infedels.

Off with his head after a quick stoning and several hundred lashes.

Perhaps his 12th cousin or 87th brother will learn a lesson from this.
