I'm happy to see that the RAPE threads have died out. I guess eesh doesn't have any more rape movies from his collection to list.

Rape movies are pretty horrific. Only a bad director would blatantly show that in a movie. A creative one would elude to it but handle it in a not so obvious fashion. To show that is totally unnecessary... it reminds me of this other movie, although it did not have a rape seen. I saw There Will Be Blood when it came out and, although I liked it, I thought the ending was ridiculous and gritty, blunt, etc. I thought the director totally ruined the movie with that scene. And it literally ends right after that scene. It was a stupid way of closing a movie.

I didn't understand that movie. I went into it thinking it was going to be scary because of the title haha.

I thought making the Daniel Day Lewis character a killer totally ruined it. I cannot believe that someone that craved wealth and power so much would throw it all away. He had already destroyed his adversaries at that point in the movie, why do more?
