I just got a call. Guy says:

What they do is legal. Just kind of shitty. They do give a percentage of the funds to the police...a very, very small percentage.

Minor correction - the caller last night did not say "Virginia" - maybe they got a S&D from VSP.

I like how the idiots who contribute to the "scams" by sending in their contribution for the window sticker. Then, they proudly place them on their rear windows of the cars like it will get them out of a speeding ticket. Dummies.

There are so many of these groups, that a good number of them have to be scams.
