I don't know about this, but I know some nimrod defaced Cary's picture of a cruiser in Chantilly using MSPaint on his computer on 11/3/2010.

Crime Solvers Seeks Suspect Who Defaced Police Cruiser

Fairfax County Crime Solvers is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible for defacing an unmarked police cruiser in the Burke area. During the overnight hours of Saturday, September 26 into the early morning of Sunday, September 27, someone damaged the cruiser by scratching derogatory words and phrases on it. The vehicle was parked near Burke Center Parkway and Burke Lake Road.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Solvers by phone at 1-866-411-TIPS(8477), e-mail at www.fairfaxcrimesolvers.org or text “TIP187†plus your message to CRIMES(274637).
