Funded by the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, this ad has a simple message: Republicans are evil, don't vote for them."

It looks like Barbara Call Me Senator Because I'm So Important Boxer will likely keep her important seat in the senate. It amazes me that anyone could vote for such an arrogant bitch.

Can you imagine if Boxer were the republican and Carly Fiorina were the democrat? The New York Times would be running front page stories about Fiorina, highlighting her successes in business and position as CEO of Hewlett-Packard. Her struggle with breast cancer would have been covered like a reality TV show. Women's groups would be praising her as the model of the modern woman, a successful woman who beat breast cancer. During breast cancer awareness month, Carly, wrapped in pink ribbons, would have been spattered all over the mainstream media. MSNBC would be gushing with praises while Chris Mathews wiggled in his seat with tingling sensations. During her recent hospitalization with an infection caused by reconstructive surgery, candle light vigils would have been held throughout California, as Joan Baez (is she still alive?) sang folk songs.

But, she's a republican, so women's groups aren't interested in her success or her breast cancer. No pink ribbons for Carly.

Lol @ that bullshit "America has NEVER been under greater threat. EVER..." Yea, I guess the Nazis and Imperial Japs weren't a big deal, nor is Al-Qaeda, or Iran, or China, blah, blah, blah. Bunch of fucking dope monkeys. "I remember" which party was in power when we pulled out of Afghanistan the FIRST time around, and who kept refusing to address Al-Qaeda before 9/11, or who refused the offer to have Bin Laden handed over to us. Oh yes, "I remember".

Both sides engage in the fear mongering...don't be so blind to the side you don't care for. Bit of the pot calling imo.

I'm voting Independent and Libertarian today - I know my vote is a throwaway but I want my message to be that I don't like either dominant party...however small that message may be.
