Bridge Rating System?

I just heard an interview on CNN that got me wondering. Apparently bridges are rated on a scale of 0 (bad) to 9. The Minneapolis bridge that collapsed was a 4. The expert went on to say that people are driving across bridges that are rated 4 all the time, but we just don't know it. Does anyone know where we can find a list of rated bridges in our area?
