was caught in the act with photo of ongoing theft while delivering mail. many had reported missing valuables in mail

despite this - the PERP only got "probation"

SHE WAS NOT FIRED, NONE OF THE REPORTS MENTION HER BEING FIRED as the result of stealing mail

(transferred perhaps - we don't know)
