Shalon Kerr (née Roth) of Bridgeport, CT, claims to be an award-winning author and founder of PR-it, a health-care public relations and media firm. This begs the question "why is her company spamming Fairfax Underground, an obscure neighborhood forum for residents of Northern Virginia, in violation of the forum terms of service?"

In December of 2022 the user "sansara hill" or "sansarag" began spamming the Fairfax Underground forum with shill advertising threads for companies located far away in different states and continents. Sansara's often incoherent long-winded posts have zero relevance for users of this site. Other names used include "Julie Anderson" and "sally sanson".
Shalon Kerr boasts decades of experience and claims to "help biotech/pharma/healthcare companies & brands reach their goals through strategic PR, healthcare comms & marketing magic." Why would a medical communications firm shill their services on Fairfax Underground, potentially in violation of laws and the site's terms of service? Legitimate honest businesses do not need to collaborate with spammers to post bogus ads on Fairfax Underground. The shill posts are unwelcome and steal server resources and bandwidth. It would be advisable to avoid doing business with sketchy companies like PR-it https://pritcollective.com
