Then why the hell did he not order the US Navys Master Divers out to the Key Bridge at all possible speed to find living survivors in air pockets of vehicles down below
There was no mention or sight of the US Navys best Master Divers in the world on sceen at the Key Bridge in any diving operations

Didn't these so called "experts" ever learn from the Disaster at Chappequidick Bridge on Martha's Vineyard MA circa 1964? That should be required reading Day 1 8AM.
