In an update posted on social media Friday evening, police said that "this incident does not appear to be a murder-suicide and both deaths are being investigated as homicides."

GOD I HATE NEWS PEOPLE. the article is titled as victims identified, but they aren't in the article

(when i was young i'd read the Washington Post and most articles would never mention the fact of the title of the article - and if they did it'd be hidden in the article lower down. they were famous for it.)
