My family was effected by such a thing a while back. Franchises, if you buy one, use "TACTICS TO BUY BACK". What they do is get an investor to buy a building, put up signs, THEN force the owner into losses by "franchise agreements" then buy back cheap.

THIS IS NO DIFFERENT. GM will be buying back from dealers who will be loosing money on their purchase of building and land and "right to sell new GM".

IT JUST FIGURES THEY'D USE CHINESE TECHNOLOGY TO STEAL, CHINA IS ALL ABOUT PROMOTING THE STEAL

franchises should be illegal just like Home Owner's Associates should be illegal

the LAW actually says it's illegal to sign a contract in which you'd definitely be a looser. (however, franchise contracts are worded in manners to evade these laws)
