NP = Nolle Prosequi.

This is just a Latin term to describe *Non-prosecution* due to a lack
of evidence to support a strong enough case, when the prosecutor feels
a conviction based on the availible evidence is highly unlikely.

Nah, screw that. I can't stand that garbage. I agree that weed isn't the end of the world, but I can't imagine everyone toked up on it. Also, people will just find other things to push, including far worse dope.

I do however, think it absurd that everything is a Felony in Virginia. I've known people who copped multiple Felonies, just because they handed over a bag of green to someone, for someone else. One of their "friends" it turned out, was an informant, and he was in the car with a Narc.

No it isn't. General District is not Circuit court. Further, on the case it displays, "NOTE: This case was appealed to circuit court on 07/28/2010. See circuit court for final disposition."

So again, how the fuck do you view Circuit Court information for Fairfax when there is no Fairfax Circuit Court listed under the Circuit Court drop down list.
