Most of the reports are saying she is in Croatia or Bosnia/Herz. Not that I condone what she did (it is dispicable) but I could see in countries like that, how maybe they view animal life a bit differently. Seems like death and a total disregard for any life are par for the course in that area.

It could be a hoax. It appears that the trajectory of the dogs differs from the angle of release on a few of the throws. If the producers goal was to throw up shocking video just to see it go viral I'd say they've succeeded. I'd also say whether it's a hoax or not they must have a death wish. i considered that too but i think wikileaks is smart enough that they investigate the validity of videos before posting them. also, the fact that you can see the puppies moving before hand and during being thrown show that they are real puppies in the video and not just artificial or dead ones.

either way, the notion of this happening is disturbing.
