Make Mississippi and Alabama Succeed from the USA, Nothing but Drains on the USA

Can we please just get rid of Mississippi and Alabama. All these states do is drain the FEMA system and their education systems are barely functioning. Healthcare and welfare drains in these two state is ridicules.

Can we just cut them off and push them out into the gulf where they can deal with hurricanes on their own.

Didn’t say as bad, so let’s just eliminate like 8-12 cities among the 3 states!
