96% single stage gas furnaces that work a hell of a lot better then that cold drafty heat pump dual setup.that came with my house, my private gated Fairfax neighborhood is composed of gas and electric custom built homes , my house was wired with two 240 200 amp service panels with two dedicated 30 amp outlets for electric 80 gallon water heaters and two dedicated 240 60 amp circuits for heat pumps with 120 20 amp circuits also for a furnace fan and low voltage controls with a transformer and two 240 60 amp circuits for dual electric ovens and cook top stove plus gas piping connections to my French kitchen gas stove and in wall ovens and commerical West Bend steak / lobstar and skrimps broiler and Commercial Vulcan char gril and 36 wide flattop grill and a stub lines to connect to a gas furnaces if I wanted that later which hell yes I did want later !

Being a execelent home chef and gourmand I said hell no to electric stoves and ovens in my kitchen and went all gas there

I fell for the sale of the heat pump and electric water heater when the house was built

After dealing with the shitty drafty preformance of the heat pumps I had them changed to gas

However I did keep the water heaters electric so I can cheaply change them out myself and. hauled off in my covered Harley trailer to a dump down south for a little bit of "working man" street creed talk when trades people come to my house

One thing that we did need that was electric was a lighted pole on our lighted electric security gate so my bleeding hearted bottle blonde bimbo trophy wifes No hate here home and no ones illegal signs are lighted at night , that too was 120 20 amps as is all other circuits in my home that are not 240 v

I paid a kings ransom however for her Tesla charger , it's not 400 volts 200 amps but is 240 60 amps and gives her enough charge to get to Silver Line to ride to her government job each work day

I got a 400% efficient heat pump in 2019. The highest bill I have had is 122 bucks. Before I got the heat pump I would pay an average of 265 a month. I am so much more comfortable with the heat pump as well.
