Dear Judgge,
Craig Tamanaha didn't burn a Tree as accused. It was a metal matrix covered with plastic covered in non-Christmas decor. Such a thing isn't a tree or a Christmas tree either. I move the motion DISMISSED.
while the plastic smoke was a nuisance - it served the greater purpose of chasing rats out of the nearby sewer system
furthermore, Shannon Bream was kept employed for an extra day, so my client shouldn't deserve any community service for the beneficial smoke
the purple tree smoking is A TRIGGER for democrats
this group was DEC 7 2023, and was only there TEMPORARILY (part of a day i assume, probably only for the photo to be taken)
