Kimmel will run all sorts of disclaimers, and then let Lindell rant. Dominion's lawyers have almost certainly already been consulted.

Jimmy Kimmel has made it clear that he doesn't believe all the bullshit Lindell is saying. Kimmel will rebuke everything Lindell says so I don't see why ABC would be worried.

You get lawsuits for lying and Kimmel won't be the one lying.

Lindell needs to be worried about lawsuits from Kimmel appearance, not ABC. Trump's BFF is crazier than a cat on catnip.
