You see an application from one Michael Josef Basl. You do a quick google search to see what his digital footprint looks like. The first hit you get is “internet troll ordered to pay $1.4 million settlement to tortured family”. What would your next move be?

I'd look at his job history, what jobs he had and how long he worked there. Conditions on leaving. He is an older fellow so he must have a substantial resume. Was he a Veteran? What job did he hold did he receive any Commendation Medals or decorations. Depends on the job he is applying for. Is it a Temp position.

But to not get suspicious, I would hire a team of lawyers to do the job and remain clean when denouncing him. I wish you success with this case, and hopefully, everything will be fine!
