Try the cop, fast situation I could not see any gun on TV or in the video but the kid had a 9mm Ruger and he had his hands in plain view without a weapon when he was shot. I just saw it on FOX , what was the want in the kid to begin with

Not positive, but I think that the sound of the gunshot is a split second or so after the trigger is actually pulled. I think this works on camera the same way as real life. So the cop is actually reacting to the kid possibly before he dropped the gun.
