You can get written consent from the parents of anyone sub 18 and be in the clear. I dated a 16 year old this way when I was 30.

In the 1620s and 1630s a bunch of up tight social conservatives landed on the shores of the American colonies. While they preached "liberty", what they really meant was that people should have the freedom to behave those social conservatives wanted them to behave.
