I said it one this site the day after it happened and I'll say it again. Her name will never show up anywhere ever again. She might as well have been a ghost. Her family was paid off and forced to sign non-disclosure agreements with the Federal Government. Fucking travesty of justice. It is one thing to be CANCELLED. It is a whole other thing to be ERASED.
