My boss just texted me and told me to work from home for the next few days. This is good news for my bowels. Starting the day off with a huge bowl of buttery grits, steak and 4 eggs along with a toasted english muffin or two. My bowels can deal with it.

Hi all! 5am guy checking in again a little earlier than usual. 5am guy has been having bowel trouble since 5am guys mother passed away a couple weeks ago. 5am guy is very sad still. 5am guy has been making some healthy sandwiches with sliced turkey and whole wheat bread. 5am guy hopes this will improve things. 5am guy would like to wish all the BiB's all the best.
