Sometimes the court will wait a few days as a 'grace' period.

no don't think that is it at all. she respects him more than any other man on this website. but seriously maybe something has happened. he would not risk going to jail when he has been staying afloat all of this time.

You don't have to appear in court if your forfeiting.
The idea or concept "you could be allowed to free until the trial" and then that "you must appear at court on the day of the trial" is COMPLETELY INCORRECT.
You must follow the Court order in forfeiture within a reasonable amount of time if there are no further court actions allowed: that is, squarely, the law.

FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT is a Bill Clinton era Harvard democrat derived nazzi law of all powerful politicians and police charging anyone with any crime and making it stick.
You are not required to not forfeit your rights. The charge is absolutely completely by mental suggestion and isn't a "real law" in a "real law book". The right to forfeit is 2,000 years old. And Clinton - he can fry in hell.

If you missed your court date for a misdemeanor charge, there may be a capias or bench warrant for your arrest. Normally, a judge will issue a bench warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. For example, bench warrants can be issued for missing your court date for charges such as reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, DUI, or any other misdemeanor charge. If this happens, an officer may find you, arrest you, and take you to jail. An attorney can discuss with you the wisdom of turning yourself in. In many cases, a magistrate will let you out on bond if you turn yourself in, but this is not guaranteed. Normally after you turn yourself in, a judge will set a court date to revisit the original charge that you missed your court date for.

do not ever turn yourself in! it doesn't matter or change anything. they will not give you a bond and will make you sit until court. just show up for the case and get it over with. good luck and Godspeed!

Yes, definitely don't turn yourself in now. It's already too late and you'll just be sitting.
I went to turn myself in one time and was standing in front of the magistrate and I asked him if I was going to get a bond and he said no so I took off! Then I was listed as a fugitive.
He called the police but I was gone by then. They went to my house and everything but I wasn't stupid enough to go there.
When I was finally caught and went to court the judge brought up the fact that I ran from the magistrate, so I was denied bail lol.
Moral of the story, fuck that shit don't turn yourself in.

we don't know and am very concerned because it doesn't make sense that he would do that. he wasn't even at risk for going to jail yesterday for his court hearing so there is no logical explanation that he would skip it. he is not stupid. he knows that would only further get him into more trouble.

No, he's following in eesh's footsteps. Doing the three county jail tour. Multiple charges in three different counties. all involving the same person.

TJ is big 'down there,' no way Eesh could handle the ride.
No one gives a fuck about TJ. Most of the posts on this thread are likely him, pretending that it isn't his fault for failing to appear. Guess what TJ, you aren't the first one to pull this bullshit, the judge will see right through you.
They're coming to get you TJ... You must be scared right now, you are going to jail... Tik tok, tik tok... Is that knocking I hear?

That is, squarely, wrong. There are lots of court proceedings for which you must attend, and if you don't attend bench warrants can be issued for your arrest.

Why the fuck would lizzie talk miz into hurting peep? If anything it would definitely be lizzie and peep bashing miz's head in..until death. Don't you ever fucking insinuate some bullshit like that. Get it through your retarded head, miz will die if he ever even tried to go near lizzie again. There is no talking to, NOTHING!

I meant, did mo talk peep into skipping court? Not did she talk miz into bashing peep's head. (I should have been more clear)

I don't understand the motivations of people on this forum.
I figured maybe jail was such a positive experience for mo (who by all counts is better off now than she was pre-9/11) that she convinced peep to go ahead and get incarcerated for a while and change his life.

Well, you should really lay off the drugs. You say you don't understand the motivations of people on this website but all of them have all been very clear. The shit you say is what doesn't make any bit of sense.
Stop worrying about things that don't concern you and get a life of your own.

It really depends on the charge, honestly. I had an old friend in high school that caught a weed charge. He looked online and couldn't find his case in the system, assumed he fell though a loop in the system and skipped his court date thinking he was off the hook. They found him guilty in absentia and gave him every penalty he could possibly get. This was over a decade ago, when simple possession would mean a suspended license for 6 months. 6 months of walking to work.

Yes, I'd say it's time for you to get a life of your own. You're worse than basl. Obsessing over random boring idiots on the internet like they're some interesting celebrity or something.

not necessarily. there's at least one person who knows where she lives now. but lizzie's been free for nearly one year without any trouble. harboring a fugitive is the last thing on her mind.
