Kyle Rittenhouse will be tired in Kenosha, a gun-loving, blue-collar town. The sheriff there has already come out and basically said Rittenhouse is a hero and the kilted antifags got what they had coming. He's gonna walk for sure.

If he is tried by a jury of his peers which after hearing all the evidence believes by unanimous consent that the prosecution has failed to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt, then he should walk. Much of the recent outrage has stemmed from the failure of local law enforcement and prosecutors to prosecute to the full extent of the law, to try to end the process at the beginning rather than to take the case to the jury. Due process should work both ways. The victim as much as the defendant should have he expectation that there should be a fair trial.

That in turn would cast shadow on his part in the subsequent shootings. Notwithstanding all that it appears clear that he arrived as someone either with mental issues or as an agitator. Likely a combination of both.

On another topic I think it is likely the sheriff's department will be named in multiple civil suits for not acting to control the shooter and other armed militia before and after the shootings.

That wasnt the head shot. The first shooting was before the chase. Subsequent shootings may well be justified self defense if the first shooting was justified. If the first shooting and death was not justified the actions that followed would be felony manslaughter.

The fatal shot was to his pedo jew abdomen, which went through his lung and scrambled his liver. The head shot just grazed him. That's why there was little blood from his head wound.

The teen, Kyle Rittenhouse, was charged Thursday with first-degree reckless homicide in the death of Rosenbaum and first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Huber. He also faces a charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide for the wounding of Grosskreutz.

Bottom line is Rosenbaum was shot for throwing a bag at Rittenhouse.

First degree reckless homicide a Class B felony carries a maximum penalty of 60 years in prison. Secondly, that 60 years breaks down into 40 years initial confinement and 20 years extended supervision. Frequently, in the case of an adult killing another adult in reckless circumstances, this is the charged offense.

Wisconsin Criminal Jury Instruction 1020 describes the elements of first degree reckless homicide:

Qualified immunity is totally irrelevant for criminal charges. Qualified immunity is a doctrine in civil law that shields police from monetary damages.

Criminal charges are a different ball game. The law itself does not grant Cops any special protection from criminal prosecution. Technically a civilian who shoots in self-defense has as much right to do so as a cop. Conversely a cop has the same (no more) right to shoot someon in self defense as a civilian.
