*Be a U. S. Citizen.
*Be 18 years old (any person who is 17 years old and will be eighteen years of age at the next general election shall be permitted to register in advance and also vote in any intervening primary or special election).
*Not be registered and plan to vote in another state.
*Not currently declared mentally incompetent by a court of law.
*If convicted of a felony, your right to vote must have been restored.

No. Under HIPPA laws, a person's health and medication is his and his Doctor's business. There are privacy laws for just this reason.

Biden has taken a physical, and released those figures, but medication for both Trump and Biden is private. Trump has not released a full report on his physical, and has certainly not revealed what medication he is taking.

Is Trump going to do a drug screening test? Of course not. Medications are a private matter. Trump should know this law.


Let's say Biden is taking a blood thinner, very common in people 60 plus years old. Trump could then get one of his fake doctors in the White House (there are at least three of them), to claim Biden is taking that medication for a heart condition.
