Trump was doing better in his favorite poll. Nowhere near breaking even, mind you, but he was doing better. Then, with the spotlight fixed on him, he goes to Tulsa and lays an egg. Now his numbers are going down again.

Biden does not need to debate Trump, or even make public appearances at this point. Trump is doing his campaigning for him.

We all know by now what each of them stand for.
Trump has had 4 years to reassure us that he is the scoundrel and fraud we all knew he was.
Biden has shown he is almost as stupid as Trump, just less of an asshole.

Trump ruins everyone and everything he comes in contact with and is a clear menace to democracy. I don't think the USA would survive 4 more years of this.

Therefore, we all have no choice but to vote for the lesser of two evils. Get Biden in for as long as he can last (1 to 2 years) and hopefully we'll have more and better choices in 2014.
