Flynn pled guilty.
He was a cooperating witness, until he wasn't.
But when he pled guilty it was a Government set up. They made him lie repeatedly and change his story multiple times. They probably water boarded him or it was PTSD from the last job he got fired from before he was run out of the military.

Prosecutors always oppose release of exculpatory evidence. File a Brady motion or a motion to provide evidence and the response is always we don't have anything, and if we find anything we shouldn't have to provide it until right before the trial. It does not matter who the prosecutor is, the party of the prosecutor or who appointed the prosecutor.
Prosecutors want to win, just like any other litigators. They assume if they win justice was served. The differing rules of civil and criminal procedure and traditional shields protecting prosecutors mean there is less incentive for criminal prosecutors to be forthcoming with adverse evidence than there is for litigators in the civil field. Also most prosecutors are horribly overworked just like public defenders. When it comes to allocating time locating and turning over exculpatory evidence falls to the bottom of their list. So if it is uncovered later its easier to oppose it than it is to start the process over.

All this proves that an uncontrolled national police force will always become a threat to the people. Whether it be KGB or FBI or whatever acronym is used. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts, absolutely.

But my lib friend told me last year that Flynn had flipped on Trump and was giving the FBI information about Russia that would bury Orange Man forever!
He said the same thing about Cohen, Manafort, Carter Page, Pappadopoulos and Stone too.

A conservative political blogger who failed in runs for office in 2012, 2014 and 2016 and who said his mission in life was "My entire life right now is about owning the libs." Definitely an unbiased source.
