before / during reagan - if you went to one of the very few villages in africa that had AIDS/HIV or EBOLA - you didn't come back to USA - you stayed in africa and in that village (we'll drop the supplies by air, thanks)
during obama - obama used his "authority" to let "ebola workers" off the plane into the usa. ebola too has spread from just one small area to at least 3 countries in africa due to "U.N. helping out" and spreading it in the process (they never excercised quarantine as they said they were going to do !!!!)
CLINTON GOV AND NY,NY DID THE SAME BREACHES of quarantine with AIDS/HIV in NY City which is now aids capitol of the USA
how did it get in usa? BREACH of quarantine by Clinton letting aids workers come off the plane into the USA of course

SARS (coronavirus) has been known of and spreading world-wide since at least 2002
USA had hundreds of cases "confirmed" before Trump was even elected
not everyone dies - a few percent who seek medical attention do (note many people avoid the doctor - so)

china has sent many on planes to usa, france, etc - some with the virus
there is no way china is going to spend money helping out on this - misery loves company and china is about take-over schemes
