I'm just trying to figure out how he was able to hang himself on pants made out of paper.
Plus the way the bones are broken in his neck suggest manual strangulation.

That's not something the autopsy could "reveal". A camera could reveal something. But alas, both the cameras for Epstein malfunctioned. Both of them. At the same time. Just a weird coincidence most likely.

I'm no expert, but apparently the hyoid bone breaking the way it did suggests strangulation and not suicide. It is possible for the bone to break when hanging, but usually that requires a bit more force than what Epstein could do in his cell.

Actually, I'm very much a liberal. I also believe in due process. The way Epstein mysteriously 'suicided' himself is not how it should happen in a country with laws. The way his guards vanished and the way the cameras suddenly malfunctioned is troubling.
It's like how I can despise Trump and not believe in the phony Russia gate or impeachment nonsense. I want Trump gone, but I want him to be voted out.
I actually used logic and reason to guide my thoughts unlike you. Goat fucker.
