1. There's no such thing as 'de-evolution' in terms of biology. It doesn't even make a bit of sense if you think about it and apply it to the context of natural selection.

2. This is a PRATT - a point refuted a thousand times. Why are there other primates around? Why wouldn't there be?

Just because our ancestors had children who had children who eventually descended into homo sapiens doesn't mean *all of their children* followed this descent. Did your grandparents die after they created your mother? Could they have had...other children?

3. Chimps and humans share a common ancestor, they are not our direct ancestors.

Further, evolution does not have a goal to create 'super strength' in animals. Instead, nature 'selects' the more reproductively fit individual when there is a scarcity. What this means is, if you have two organisms of the same species, one is strong and the other is smart, if the smarter one has an advantage, they will most likely survive.

Intelligence and tool making are a MUCH better survival skill then brute strength.
