The manifesto is too well written to be the work of this 21 yo.
The Washington Standard today ran an article that these 3 shootings are false flags...the manifesto is thought to be written by the FBI?..
I am believing these are false flags the Deep State in conjunction with the corrupt FBI fabricated..

So the people who were shot and injured - faked it, their grieving relatives -faked it, everyone in the entire First Responder chain of command - faked it,
