Went for a Great Bike Ride

Banged out 30 miles avg 17 mph on this beautiful day. Nice easy pace with a few timed sprints and tempo workouts. What a day!

I despise bicycles and always fuck with the riders. I tossed a big greasy bag of Arby's trash at one today. But it mustn't have been the OP, as my victim did NOT go home in a good mood. Oh well, I will undoubtedly get a chance to splash, bombard or run OP off the road some other day. time is on my side......
