No, that's not what they said at all. In some reports someone said that they heard what they thought was a nail gun. Which if you've ever heard one basically sounds about like a gun not a "small snap/pop." The libtard's obviously just making up shit. The best available suppressor on a .45 will take the noise level down from ~150-160 db to maybe 135-ish db, i.e., still loud as fuck. Most all .45 ACP is subsonic to begin with so there is no significant sound reduction in that regard as a result of using subsonic ammo along with a suppressor as there might be in some other cases (e.g., rifle calibers which still would be more loud as fuck but without the sonic crack).
