Watch his fast blinking. That's a well-documented 'tell' for when someone is lying. Once you notice it, you can't un-see it. He does it all the time.

lying all the time - its the most important qualification for President according to Republicans. Im guessing this will win PA, WI and OH for Biden. He will scoop up GOP voters seeking lies and deception in a president.
