This will go to the SCOTUS to resolve if Trump decides to push back. It will take 3 or 4 years to make it's way there. By then, Trump will be halfway through his second term. And then, even if the state wins, they will have to relaunch their investigations because Trump won't have given them anything in the intervening 4 years. So Trump will be out of office after his successful and transformational second term before this is resolved. MAGA baby.
