Who really cares? I'm a fan of internal combustion engines, but don't have any hate towards Tesla owners. But, I do think it's a bit horrible for the Tesla owner who paid an extra $2,500 for his red paint job on his Tesla 3 and it's got quite a few imperfections and the paint as well as the clear coat which appears to be the product of painting the vehicle in a non dust-free paint room.

Tesla super charging stations are usually on public property (highway rest stops) as well as on the outer fringes of shopping center parking lots. Towing can not be universally enforced and all Tesla can really do is install signs asking for those who do not own an electric vehicle not to park in the space.
