First, if it is mob related, it is not Mueller. Most likely would be SDNY.

Second, even if you hate Trump's guts, going back 35 years makes prosecution difficult, even for professional prosecutors. But not impossible. So it is probably a big one.

Trumpers will say you can't be in real estate in NY without being with the mob, but that fact does not give you a free pass on criminal behavior.
