Why would an organization that begs money to supposedly help fucked up kids relocate to some of the most expensive commercial real estate in the mid Atlantic region? No more 'dimes' for you.

1. MOD is moving from White Pains NY to Crystal City Arlington VA
2. Crystal City Arlington is in VA not Atlanta
3. Crystal City is not the most expensive space even within DC Downtown area and is probably on par or below White Plains.

VA is still a lot cheaper than NY in terms of taxes and cost of living and everything else. This is the northern edge of the Sunbelt.
