Gov Northham has open mind to future gambling in VA

VA already has MORE THAN SEVERAL large scale casinos, and a corrupt Lotto as well.

why would anyone suggest northham is 'open minded' about gambling in VA?

there's a texas woman who's won million+ dollar lotteries 5 times. despite this authorities have not even prosecuted her

i'd like to get my hands on those texas prosecutors btw

federal code refers to law and regulation of the USA - everything that is law passed noting it cannot conflict with the constitution. it's in a (set of) book.

FEDERAL LAW ALREADY REGULATES SPORTS BETTING TO BE GOVERNMENT RUN AND APPROVED ONLY.

(note this implies federal government because it is federal code - not "any governing body")

FX CO IS NOT A GOV (INNER GOV ARE NOT ALLOWED), VA IS NOT ABOVE FEDERAL CODE, AND COUNTY CODE IS NOT ABOVE VA CODE, AND FEDERAL CODE ISN'T ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION

EACH ARE IN THEIR OWN BOOK (sets). they are all of usa law but not complete in themselvese. the Constitution clearly says what it omits intently is caught by Equity Law (in latin, the laws of england or italy that weren't being fought)

the idea new laws would and should outweigh those laws is correct. however - not by deletion or omission without consideration by ignorance. not that way.

There are no casinos in Virginia. Literally zero.

Why would anyone suggest northham is 'open minded' about gambling in VA? Because he said there’s a potential for it and if Virginians want casinos, we should look into that possibility rather than residents going out of state to gamble. That sure don’t sound like he’s against the idea.

I wouldn’t expect to see a casino project in northern virginia anyway. there are already 4 within an hour or so drive. More likely down in the Richmond-Williamsburg-Hamton Roads area.

I personally believe that it's true to win large amount of money I won 15.000 once.A top casino won't lie to people because they have much more money than we think they have.
